Fern will provide you a link to register with an online portal, allowing you to view, order and track all services offered to ensure a successful event.
Electrician
Edlen is the official electrical company of the show. Each booth at the show includes a 500 watt outlet.
FREE WIFI IS AVAILABLE FOR ALL EXHIBITORS
There is no technical support with the wifi. The WIFI is free to use and no password is required.
For access please look for “expo” when searching from your wireless device.
TELEPHONE/DSL INTERNET
Hard-wired internet and telephone lines must be purchased through the Exhibitor Service Center in advance. The Portland Expo Center utilizes a tiered pricing system, these rates are Advance/Standard/Late.

EXHIBITOR MOVE-IN TIMES
Monday, February 9th – Noon to 8PM
Tuesday, February 10th – 8AM to 8PM
No vehicles will be allowed in the buildings after 6PM on Tuesday.
SCAM ALERT FOR EXHIBITORS
There have been a number of spam emails offering our attendee lists. These are scams and the senders are unauthorized to use the Marketplace Events’ name. These scammers are attempting to receive monies from exhibiting companies without providing anything in return. These emails are not approved by Marketplace Events, and Marketplace Events would never ask for bank information or other sensitive information over email.
