NW Tiny Homes is a Portland based dealer specializing in high quality park model RVs, often called tiny homes, built for comfort, durability, and year round Northwest weather. Our homes make great hunting cabins, fishing retreats, guest spaces, or affordable full-time living options.

Because they are RVIA certified park model RVs, they follow RV laws instead of traditional building codes. That means no foundation, no major construction, and placement is much easier in many counties across Oregon and Washington. For a lot of people, this is the simplest path to adding a cabin or extra housing without the cost and red tape of a traditional build.

We carry models from Cavco and Champion, two of the most trusted manufacturers in the country. Full size appliances, real insulation, high ceilings, and the overall feel of a small house instead of a camper.
